The Marriott Cypress Harbor Resort in Orlando, Florida, was seeking to re-design a covered courtyard area that was confined by columns and a conventional roofing structure. According to the architect, the eating area lacked openness and natural light. SKYShades wanted an artistic and aesthetically pleasing sail structure to grace the atrium of their corporate headquarters at 407 Wekiva Springs Road in Orlando, Florida. The featured center piece consists of two intersecting hypar sails (1 black and 1 terracotta).
